The mission of the Tallmadge Democratic Club is to provide a strong, honest, active and Democratic organization in the City of Tallmadge. The club promotes the principles of the Democratic Party, encourages the participation of all Democrats in the affairs of their party and supports the enrollment of people in the Democratic Party who subscribe to its principles.

TDC assists candidates running for office in Tallmadge, Summit County, the 43rd State House District, the 28th State Senate District, and the 17th Congressional District of Ohio as well as County and local Democratic candidates.

Our promise is to make our community a great place to live and raise a family, our business community strong, and a democracy that works to improve the lives of our citizens. President Barack Obama has called all Americans to become engaged and to participate in this great experiment we call Democracy, formed over two hundred years ago. The only thing missing in getting us there is - YOU. Won't you join us?

Tallmadge Unity Rally on the Circle - The Tallmadge Democratic Club held a huge rally on Tallmadge Circle with food, music, and a host of local and State polirical candidates. Pictures is State Senator Sherrod Brown (then House of Representatives) receiving "The Backbone Award" in 2006 for standing up for American workers and their families.

The Tallmadge Democratic Club meets periodically at the Tallmadge Library on Community Drive. There are many activities and fun events we will be planning in 2010. Please join us in building a caring and democratic Tallmadge community. It all starts at the local level!
